Hello! I’m Matthew Geist a passionate sports content creator based in Philadelphia, PA I specialize in content creation in the NBA & NFL space with over 500,000 subscribers on YouTube, and a robust following on Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. I’ve been creating content in sports since 2014 and have had the opportunities to work with some great organizations such as the NBA, Yahoo Sports, Microsoft, Bleacher Report and more!
Career Evolution
I graduated from Temple University in 2021 with my B.B.A and then received my Masters in Financial Analysis from Temple in 2022 . From July 2022 to January 2024 I worked as an analyst at JP Morgan Chase . I had the opportunity to network and learn in their corporate sector as well as strengthening my data analytic and financial analysis skills.
Values
I’m currently working on sports content creation full-time, but still have a passion and interest in finance, data analytics, and sports business. I spend time on creating equity research reports, sports team valuations, and other miscellaneous topics to further my written portfolio.
Goals
When I’m not working, you’ll find me snowboarding, reading, traveling, or following the NBA, NFL, or MLB. I believe that balance and inspiration from life outside work fuel the creativity I bring to my projects.
